Kirstie Jones

Kirstie Jones is a noteworthy HR leader and her passion for people has been consistent during her 30-year career in HR. She has worked across a variety of sectors most notably in Care.

In recent years, Kirstie has been responsible for the overall management of HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Learning & Development and Marketing at Salutem Care and Education. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, Kirstie is the principal advisor to the board for all people matters and is focussed on creating positive change and a culture which supports the organisation as it grows to become one of the UK’s leading care providers.

Kirstie is incredibly passionate about creating careers for carers. Her approach aligning career and personal development to pay scales demonstrates an inclusive approach to support all colleagues across the group.
